This latest service, available for a few years now, enables an organization to outsource, in whole or in part, its internal training management to the SIM team. In fact, our training specialists, supported by SIM’s renowned customer service, can take over, either on site or remotely:
- Data entry and input attendance sheets for training activities that take place at the client site;
- Updating of position profiles as required;
- Monitoring of future training requirements and communicate these to the client;
- Organization of training activities.
