Description

Provide maximum protection for workers who are working alone or where it is necessary for worker to remain after their regular shift and/or are called into work outside their regular shift,  Define the degree of risks for the lone worker, Comply with WSBC OH&S Regulations, Ensure employees working in lone worker situations are controlled consistently throughout RTAPM-BC.

Target Audience

Applies to all RTAPM-BC employees, visitors and onsite contractors.

Objectives

Covers the procedure, responsabilities and training requirements which must be followed when working alone.

Prerequisite

Please refer to your RT-BC project manager to validate which course will be necessary for your nature of work.

Registration and payment

10$ per course, per person. Payable online on this site with a credit card.

Multiple accesses can be bought at once and forwarded to different persons.
Cognibox members must register through Cognibox.

Pedagogical Approach

Interactive e-learning presentation.

Evaluation

Built-in exam.

A certificate may be downloaded and printed from the Cognibox E-learning Platform.

Once the course is completed (success), the information will be saved in Cognibox, and will be accessible to authorized RioTinto Personnel for consultation.

Duration

15 Minutes.

The duration of the training is a general indication, and may vary significantly from one person to another.
