  • Better understand the importance of a fast response to a potential or existing conflict;
  • Adopt attitudes and behaviours to prevent the rise of conflicts;
  • Distinguish between a constructive and a destructive conflict;
  • Resolve various types of organizational conflict;
  • Implement steps to resolve conflicts at work;
  • Better understand reactions to conflicts to be resolved;
  • Improve relationships with teammates and/or teams;
  • Develop an action plan to put the course content into practice.
