Description

The changes that are gripping the business world and the social fabric make new methods of communication and decryption imperative. These changing environments touch on the development of new strategies for communication and influence.

Objectives

  • Develop communication tools useful in specific management situations;
  • Learn to give clear instructions and set expectations in a precise manner;
  • Learn how to conduct effective one-on-one meetings;
  • Learn how to prepare, conduct and follow up effective meetings;
  • Recognize the influence exercised or to be exercised in a work team;
  • Develop a personal action plan with regard to the objectives of improving communication skills and influence by applying the tools and strategies acquired during this course;
  • Foresee obstacles and possible solutions.
